Mexican Pizza Tostadas

INGREDIENTS
- 8 tostadas
- 1 cup refried beans
- 2 cups TVP crumbles
- 1 cup corn
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 avocado
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
- Some soft of greens
- Lettuce
- Arugula
- Spinach
- Some sort of condiment
- Taco sauce
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Homemade vegan sour cream
- Chipotle sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the TVP crumbles before preparing this meal, seasoning the TVP crumbles with taco seasoning.
- If using homemade refried beans, which is highly recommend, prepare the refried beans ahead of time.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Meanwhile, warm the TVP crumbles in a pan.
- Mix the corn and tomatoes in with the TVP crumbles.
- Place tostadas in oven for a few minutes. Be very mindful, they can burn very quickly.
- On each tostada, layer refried beans, TVP crumbles, greens, and sliced avocado.
- Serve with a condiment on the side.
