Baked Tofu Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. block super firm tofu, cut into 8 slabs
- 1 tablespoon coconut aminos (or soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos)
- 1 tablespoon vegan worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices of bread (one for each sandwich)
- Some type of sauce
- a few sliced veggies
- Mushrooms
- Pepper
- Zuchinni
- Greens
- Arugula
- Sprouts
DIRECTIONS
- Cut tofu into large thin slabs, and marinade in the aminos and worchestershire sauce for at least 1 hour, but preferably overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Bake tofu for 10 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes.
- On bread, layer mushroom, garbanzo bean and tahini sauce, arugula, tofu.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
