Homemade Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cups dry or 2 cups softened garbanzo beans
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Braggs liquid aminos 
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • fresh cilantro 


DIRECTIONS

The day before making the hummus, combine all of the ingredients and let it marinade overnight in the refrigerator.

Process in a blender or food processor until smooth.
