Garden Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
- 112 grams spaghetti noodles for 2 servings (we like Chickapea Spaghetti Noodles)
- 2 cups homemade creole sauce, homemade marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce (we like Muir Glens)
- Whatever garden veggies you have:
- artichoke hearts
- bell pepper
- mushrooms
- onions
- tomatoes
- Spices, to taste:
- garlic
- onion powder
- Garnish with:
- A few cherry tomatoes
- A few green onions
- Sliced lemons
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the spaghetti noodles in boiling water until soft.
- Meanwhile, fry the veggies and garlic until golden brown.
- Mix in the spaghetti sauce and spices.
- Layer noodles, and then the mixture.
- Garnish with green onion and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve with sliced lemon.
