INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices of whole wheat bread (1 for each devonshire)
- 8 plant based deli slices (we like Tofurkey brand)
- 8 vegan bacon (we like LightLife brand)
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups cashew cheese sauce (just over a 1/4 cup per devonshire)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mist baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Layer bread, 2 vegan bacons, 2 plant based deli slices, sliced tomato, and just over 1/4 cup cashew cheese sauce.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
