Devonshires

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread (1 for each devonshire)
  • 8 plant based deli slices (we like Tofurkey brand)
  • 8 vegan bacon (we like LightLife brand)
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew cheese sauce (just over a 1/4 cup per devonshire)


DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mist baking pan with nonstick spray.
  3. Layer bread, 2 vegan bacons, 2 plant based deli slices, sliced tomato, and just over 1/4 cup cashew cheese sauce.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
