Cashew Cheese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
- Soak the cashews in water overnight.
- Process all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Move the mixture into a sauce pan and cook over medium heat, constantly stirring, until it reaches your desired consistency (about 15 to 20 minutes).
