Seitan Wraps

INGREDIENTS
- Seitan, thinly sliced
- Cucumber, diced
- Cherry tomatoes, diced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Greens (e.g. leaf lettuce, romain lettuce, arugula, et cetera)
- Pickles
- Hummus
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Tortilla Shells (we like Ole Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Tortilla Wraps)
DIRECTIONS
Does this really need directions. Layer all the good stuff in a tortilla shell, wrap it up like Bobby Brown, eat, and be satisfied with the world.
