TVP Rice Corn and Bean Burrito

INGREDIENTS
- Refried beans
- Black beans
- TVP crumbles
- Corn kernels
- Extra large Tortilla Shells (we like Tumaro's New York Style "Everything" Wraps)
DIRECTIONS
Basically, you want to prepare the following beforehand.
- The refried beans
- The TVP crumbles
- The rice
I like to first smudge each tortilla shell with the refried beans, then the rice, then the TVP crumbles, and finally the corn and black beans.
Then the hard part. Rolling them into burritos. Let the force be with ye Luke!
Fry each burrito in a skillet over medium low heat until they are golden brown.
Here are some good garnishes.
- Lettuce
- Taco sauce
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Pico Del Gallo
