Green Fruit Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of your favorite plant based milk (e.g. almond milk, soy milk, rice milk) but avoid coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pitted date
  • 2 cups greens (e.g. kale, spinach, arugula, cilantro parsley, et cetera)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds (e.g. chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, et cetera)
  • 1 inch raw tumeric
  • 1/4 cup frozen berries


DIRECTIONS

Combine everything in a blender and process until smooth.
