Vegan Philly Cheese Seitan

DIRECTIONS

You will first need to prepare Vegan Seitan Loaf well in advance, such as the day before preparing this meal.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Fry veggies and garlic until golden brown. 
  3. Add sliced seitan just to warm them up.
  4. Mix in BBQ sauce or A1 sauce.
  5. Stuff hoagies with seitan and veggies and top with cheese.
  6. Place in oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm up and slightly crisp the hoagies.
