Vegan Philly Cheese Seitan

INGREDIENTS
- Vegan Seitan Loaf
- Veggies:
- onion
- bell pepper
- mushrooms
- A1 sauce or BBQ sauce
- vegan mozarella cheese or cashew cheese sauce
- hoagies
DIRECTIONS
You will first need to prepare Vegan Seitan Loaf well in advance, such as the day before preparing this meal.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Fry veggies and garlic until golden brown.
- Add sliced seitan just to warm them up.
- Mix in BBQ sauce or A1 sauce.
- Stuff hoagies with seitan and veggies and top with cheese.
- Place in oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and warm up and slightly crisp the hoagies.
