Sweet and Tangy Bowl

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block of firm tofu
- Whatever veggies you have on hand
- Baby corn on the cob
- Bell Pepper
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Cauliflower
- Water Chestnuts
- 1/2 cup of some sort of grain
- Brown rice
- Couscous
- Millet
- Quinoa
- 1/4 cup sweet and tangy sauce
- Some sort of garnish
- Green onion stalks
- Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
- Dice the tofu into 1 inch squares and marinade in the sweet and tangy sauce for at least an hour, but preferably overnight.
- Bake the tofu until golden brown
- Meanwhile, fry the veggies over medium heat.
- Mix the tofu and any remaining sauce into the veggies.
- Serve with your grain and garnish.
