Hawaiian Veggie Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • If possible, make your own black bean burgers or TVP burgers. If in a pinch, just get your favorite premade veggy burger
  • 8 pineapple slices (1 for each burger)
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • LightLife burger bun (1 bun for each burger)


DIRECTIONS

Cook the veggie burger in an air fry at 370 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip, and cook for another 5 minutes. The idea here is to avoid having to fry the burger in oil.

When making a Hawaiian veggie burger, I like to use one pineapple sliceteriyaki saucelettuce, and a slice of vegan cheese (we like Violife cheddar).

If using a premade patty, we like Morning Star Original Grillers.

Buy a good bun.
