Israli Couscous with cranberries and sun dried tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup israeli couscous
- 4 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts
- sun dried tomatoes
- pine nuts
- 2 cups of chopped spinach
DIRECTIONS
So easy. Prepare the couscous, for example, on the stove top or in an instant pot. And fry the mushrooms. Then simply mix all of the ingredients together. I think this tastes good even without any seasonings.
