                INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
 - 2 cups ramen noodles
 - Very small red onion
 - 1 medium carrot
 - 1 cup Edamame beans
 - 2 large bread and butter pickles
 - Sesame oil
 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
 - Chives are preferred, but you can also use green onions.
 - sesame seeds
 
DIRECTIONS
- Break the ramen noodles apart so that they are about the same length as the mung bean sprouts.
 - Soak the ramen noodles in room temperature water for 1 hour.
 - Fry the red onion, garlic, and sesame seeds in sesame oil for about 5 minutes.
 - Mix in the shredded carrot.
 - Mix in the mung bean sprouts and Edamame beans.
 - Mix in the soy sauce.
 - Mix in the ramen noodles.
 - Serve, and garnish with chopped peanuts
