French Toast

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large banana
- A few tablespoon of your favorite plant based milk (e.g. almond milk, soy milk, rice milk) but avoid coconut milk
- 1 teapoon whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground flax seeds, to taste
- 1 tablespoon PB2
- 2 slices of texas toast
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all of the ingredients, except for the toast of course!
- Spray frying pan with nonstick spray
- Submerge the toast in the mixture, and fry until golden brown
