French Toast

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large banana
  • A few tablespoon of your favorite plant based milk (e.g. almond milk, soy milk, rice milk) but avoid coconut milk
  • 1 teapoon whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground flax seeds, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon PB2
  • 2 slices of texas toast


DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except for the toast of course!
  2. Spray frying pan with nonstick spray
  3. Submerge the toast in the mixture, and fry until golden brown
