Fried Rice with Cabbage

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup dry brown rice
- 1 cup tofu scramble
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Braggs liquid aminos (must be Braggs, not soy sauce or coconut aminos, as Braggs will add the salty flavor this recipe needs)
- Handful of chopped peanuts
DIRECTIONS
Before prepare this meal, you will need to have already prepared tofu scramble. You will also need to have cooked brown rice ready. Make sure you have both the tofu scramble and brown rice ready before you start this meal.
- Fry the onions, carrots and garlic over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the onions are golden brown.
- Mix in the cabbage and fry until the cabbage just starts to soften, about 5 minutes.
- Mix in the peas and tofu scramble.
- Mix in the rice.
- Mix in the Braggs liquid amions and cook for another 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts
