Brown Rice Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS
- 2/3 cups dry brown rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- minced garlic
- ground black pepper, to taste
- marinara sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the rice before hand.
- Fry veggies and garlic over medium heat until golden brown.
- Season with ground black pepper.
- Mix in the rice.
- Shortly before serving, mix in the marinara sauce. You want to do this just before serving so that the rice and veggies do not absorb the marinara sauce.
