INGREDIENTS
- Bed of green leafy veggies, such as lettuce, arugula, spinach
- An assortment of veggies, such as zucchini or cucumber, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrot, peas
- Some sort of bean, such as garbanzo beans or black beans
- Some sort of protein, such as tofu or tempeh
- Some sort of nut, such as sliced almonds, pine nuts, crushed peanuts, or pecans
- Avocado, diced (optional)
- Raisins (optional)
