INGREDIENTS

  • Bed of green leafy veggies, such as lettuce, arugula, spinach
  • An assortment of veggies, such as zucchini or cucumber, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrot, peas
  • Some sort of bean, such as garbanzo beans or black beans
  • Some sort of protein, such as tofu or tempeh
  • Some sort of nut, such as sliced almonds, pine nuts, crushed peanuts, or pecans
  • Avocado, diced (optional)
  • Raisins (optional)
