INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cups diced tomato (try crushed tomatoes for a thick consistency)
- Spices:
- Chili powder
- Ground black pepper
- Garam masala
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Tumeric
- Curry powder
DIRECTIONS
Fry the veggies with the spices. That's it.
