Pesto Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
- Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, add all of the ingredients except for the oil and water and process. This should make a super thick paste.
Add olive oil and process.
Finally add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and process until you get a creamy consistency.
