Cheesy Tofu

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block extra firm tofu, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon brown rice flour or Bob's Red Mill Garbanzo and Fava flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or soy sauce or Braggs liquid aminos)
- 1 teaspoon water
DIRECTIONS
- Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix in the wet ingredients.
- Dice the tofu into 1 inch squares and marinade in the sauce ingredients for at least 1 hour but preferably overnight.
- Sprinkle on a dusting of flour just before putting it in the air fryer
- Bake the tofu in an air fryer or in a conventional oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Mix up the tofu and bake for another 10 minutes.
